| BACKGROUND INFO | I was an
insurance broker for twenty-seven (27) years and now devote my time to
collecting IN PERSON baseball
autographs. My interests are current and future HOFERS, heroes of
my youth, and others who spark my interest, virtually all offerings were
obtained IN PERSON. I have advertised in Sports Collectors Digest, The
Vintage & Classic Baseball Collector(VCBC) & Baseball Weekly. I've been a
guest on a national sports memorabilia show. I belong to the Int'l Autograph
Dealers Alliance(IACC) & The Universal Autograph Collectors Club (UACC). I
received the '92 - '98 Krause Customer Service Awards " in recognition of
outstanding service to customers." I am also rated highly in the latest survey
of mail order autograph dealers published by the VCBC. I began attending "AAA" games in the '40s with my Dad and got my first autograph in 1945. I have a wide array of items for sale and have attempted a full list here. My products include 3 x 5's, HOF plaques, original art, single and multiple signature bats, uncut Perez Steele sheets, framed HOF display items, matted Perez Steele cards with cuts, HOF induction bats, single and multiple signature baseballs, autographed sports magazines, signed hats, books, etc. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask for it. |
| AVAILABILITY |
My office hours are 8:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. weekdays. My voice mail is
available from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. seven (7) days/week. If I have your current credit card number
on file, feel free to order over the Internet. I participate in three to four shows yearly. I have
been set up in Greensboro, NC, Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington,
MA, Tuff Stuff in Richmond, VA, The Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA, Baltimore, MD and the National. Please
click on SHOW SCHEDULE/NEWS above for current schedule. We will be closed during show times. I try to respond to all mail inquiries if a SASE is enclosed. I will return phone calls, time permitting, if the message is clear, the subject is familiar to me and you leave me a number including the best time to call. |
| ORDERING |
I accept Master Card or Visa, checks (held until cleared) and domestic money orders, but NOT
checks drawn on foreign banks. If your check is returned for any reason, all future purchases
will be via money order, credit card or certified check.
All prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions ( usually a change in the player's signing fee or health). I attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner given the above constraints and have been known to throw in something free if I am especially tardy. Feel free to write (SASE PLEASE) or call about the availability of an item. I ship via UPS and add a modest charge (minimum $5) for postage and insurance for all orders. If you request and pay for it, I'll send your order overnight, second or third day UPS. I do not normally use the postal service for shipping except for foreign and APO orders. I encourage "want" lists by mail if you include an SASE, or by E-mail or FAX. |
| RETURN POLICY | All autographs are guaranteed for life. A certificate of authenticity for any item is available if requested at time of purchase. If you don't want to keep an item, call me before returning it, as someone else may want it. You and I will have a problem if an item is returned without prior discussion. If an item is damaged in transit, DO NOT RETURN IT. Call me and I will arrange for UPS to pick up the item. UPS must inspect it on your premises before issuing me a refund. Returns for any other reason are accepted up to fourteen (14) days after receipt unless prior arrangements are made with me. The item returned must be the same item that was sold to you and in the same condition. Items being returned must be packed securely and insured. |
